Great dealership, friendly people. Lots of bikes to look at and good variety if youre unsure of what you want. 3 stars for the financing because even though I put more than half the cost of the bike in a down payment and have a 780 credit score they only offered me 1 option to finance with a high rate. Cheyenne and Brandon were friendly and helpful. Just make sure you ask lots of questions and verify all costs associated with your purchase but thats true with all dealerships.

Brandon, at the Tampa location, was very courtesy and knowledgeable. Brandon and the Finance Manager, Cheyenne, made purchasing my first motorcycle a very smooth process. I recommend them and would purchase from them again.

Overall a great experience. Nick and the whole staff were friendly and helpful. It was not the usual dealership experience where you feel a hotdog being dangled over a pit full of alligators. This is like walking into a buddy garage and talking bikes. These guys a looking to make a customer, not just a sale. I bought the cheapest bike on the floor, and they treated me like I was walking out with a brand new, fully loaded Indian. Nick and the whole staff were great. They treat you like a person and not a walking wallet to be emptied. I also purchased a helmet same great service. I got a rundown of the pros and cons of each type and help to get a proper fit, all with no pressure to buy the most expensive one.

Purchased my 2021 Indian Springfield from Moramoto Indian of Tampa on 7/2/2021. The entire process was extremely easy and fast, taking less than 90 minutes. Salesman Bates was very knowledgeable about the bike and easy going on the sales pitch. He called me several times since the sale, to keep me up to date on the delivery of the bike to my residence, which took less than a week and on an accessory I ordered for the bike. Had a great experience because of Bates down to earth personality and no pressure to buy attitude.

Bought HD Classic, great experience, outstanding customer service, fair pricing and no "BS" or getting jerked around that I got from visiting other dealerships through out Tampa Bay & Central Florida. If your in the market for a used Harley, consider stopping at Moramotors and eliminate having a bad deal and avoid a lot of frustration. 30 Day Unltd Miles Warranty too ......I didn't need because they serviced the bike 100%. If you are reading this you are already on your way down the correct path.. Personally my credit isn't all that great not sure if I even qualify for much of anything.. I tried multiple places with promises of easy financing good credit bad credit etc. I found myself stuck unavailable to receive financing being sent here and there only to be ran around and bikes I like to be sold from under me while waiting for an answer.. I Had almost gave up but decided to try once more.. Looking for a bike I like I found one that suited my needs.. 2019 Yahmaha MT07 black low miles.. Moramoto was selling it and offered financing.. So why not give it a try.. To my surprise they called me back the next day promptly.. No promises were made but we are already off in a great start . All other places I had to call multiple time to get simple answers, but not with Moramoto. They took the lead and did the best they could.. The same day I received another phone call from Moramoto. I was approved for financing with a low reasonable down payment!! I was amazed how fast they took care of my needs and how professional they were with me and with the process.. The showroom floor is like a whole new world all kinds of bikes, sizes, types, scooters, 4 wheelers etc, even more than that.. They had there own accessory shop filled with gear, helmets , boots, shirts and jackets, lights anything you need or would want they had or could order for you.. There knowledge of there products and services was on point.. Extremely friendly helpful informative.. They do what they can for you to get you into a bike at a reasonable price.. Also offering full bike service and repair so so much more basically a one stop shop.. Now they have a full wall of just KTM brand a wall full of just orange!!! So much to do and look at and the staff has no problem having a conversation about any of it. I would recommend Moramoto to Anyone starting out and I am going to stick with there services myself.. it's only been a few days since I first got my bike and because if Moramoto I'm working on getting another one soon.. Amazing service. Super friendly and unlike other service shops there is follow up. They make sure they did a good job and your happy with their product. What's even better is you see some of em out riding. They are engrossed in the community. They keep themselves up to date on current product. They have even said no to working on a friends bike and said to take it to a brand specific dealer due to the rarity of the bike. That's real honesty right there which is hard to come by. Instead of hard balling on parts they will be competitive, they understand its better to have a positive experience and lose some profit, than to lose your business all together. This shop is full of people who specialize in accountability of their work. I have never heard the owner say a cross about another dealer. Brought my 2014 ZX10r, in after an accident for a second opinion on the damages and cost to repair. John, the Service Manager, assured me that they would be able to save and fix my bike. My ins company was being very stubborn in repairs and wanting to total my bike that only had about 350 miles on it at the time of my accident. John went above what i expected and not only did he get the insurance company to see that the bike wasn't totaled, but also talked to the insurance appraiser himself to assure that my bike was repairable. It took about 2 weeks for all the parts to come in for my bike and within a few days they had me out and riding. Will definitely be bringing my bike to John and his crew for my service and any other aftermarket goodies in the future.

Brought my bike in that sat for 8 months and would not run. They got it running and also bleed the brakes and clutch so it was in rideable condition even thought I did not request it. They took the extra step to make sure it was safe, that is good service in my book. The service manager kept within budget and kept me well informed. I would recommend this location to everyone.
